Invitiation - "Recession Talks"

This blog is to explore questions of historical political and economic significance and how it can be relevant to our inner musings toward the relationship we have with ourselves as Labor - employed, self-employed, unemployed, retired,or never-employed; the relationship we have as proud, voluntary, involuntary, or expatriated citizens of a state, nation, and world. Might come to consider the following questions: How have these relationships developed? How are they connected to institutionalization of the state and its constituents? How are we related to capital accumulation in the business cycle? What can be said for spirituality in a "dog eat dog" world?

I would like to invite anyone to email me - chaitanyomahima@gmail.com - with questions or interests on this topics to create what I will call, for today, "Recession Talks."

I dedicate everything to my most loved masters who have loved me and loved me and loved me - Osho (Shree Bhagwan Rajneesh) and Lama Choden Rinpoche.

**Please note all my views are mine and not those of anyone mentioned - I offer them as fresh discussion pieces and additional considerations to the reader... for fun.

Negotiating Time.

On your own time ...

If I attend,  but pretend, I am on my time.

If I am not listening, but to my Inner, then that is my time.

The Money Tree

Money is a sword that can be made into paper flowers that cuts and divides even the most intangible: Divorce, mutiny, war, murder, suicide, class, yes over no, able vs. disabled, meditation vs. starvation.

"Trout, incidentally, had written a book about a money tree. It had twenty-dollar bills for leaves. Its flowers were government bonds. Its fruit was diamonds. It attracted human beings who killed each other around the roots and made very good fertilizer. So it goes."  (Kurt Vonnegut from Slaughterhouse Five)

The Covert Underground

Society, as we know it, is based on covert intents from all sides which lead to underground explosions -- repulsions, pain, fear, and anger.
